- Linked Accounts: If we close or suspend your Account, we may also shut any subsequent ones you create with the same IP address, payment method, or personal data.
- Extra Security: To enhance safety, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA). You remain responsible for keeping login details private.
By registering an account, you warrant that you are of legal age, will use the Account only for recreation, do not reside in a prohibited territory, and will provide only accurate information. Additionally, you agree not to engage in collusion, unlawful acts, or software/hardware manipulations to cheat the system.
Multi Accounts
- Each person can register just one Account on ChachaBet.
- Only one Account is allowed per IP address or household, unless you inform us in advance of multiple legitimate users sharing these details.
- Creating or attempting to create a duplicate account leads to closure of all associated Accounts. We may confiscate any winnings, promotions, or deposit balances from those accounts.
Payouts
- Winnings become available in your Account once the game or event in question is definitively settled.
- If a technical or human error causes funds not belonging to you to be credited, we will remove the incorrect amount. If you have already withdrawn those funds, you owe the sum back to ChachaBet. Please let us know immediately if you spot an accidental overcredit.
- We may carry out extra identification checks when you withdraw, especially to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
Deposits and Bets
- To place real-money bets, you must deposit funds into your Account using recognized payment channels (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets). The “Deposit” page on our site details the available methods, which differ by territory.
- We accept various currencies. If we receive a deposit in a currency different from your chosen account currency, we convert it using applicable rates and pass on any associated fees.
- ChachaBet can require further KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation for deposits. Failure to provide these documents can lead to account closure.
- We do not grant credit or allow third-party deposits. Any deposit made by an unregistered card or external account is considered invalid, and we may return those funds to the rightful owner.
- Each deposit has to be rolled over at least once (bet) before it is eligible for withdrawal, to comply with anti-money laundering standards. Should any promotional wagering requirement apply, it must also be satisfied.
- New users have a betting limit of €500 for slot games. Achieving “VIP” status (single deposit of €250+ or total monthly deposits of €3000) raises that limit to €2500. If a VIP user’s monthly deposit or bet volume falls below certain thresholds, the slot limit reverts to €500.
Withdrawals

Account Closure
- You can close your Account at any time by clearing any open bets and contacting support. If the reason is gambling addiction or problematic behavior, please let us know.
- We reserve sole discretion to decide how to return any remaining balance.
- We may close your Account ourselves and refund your available balance (minus relevant fees) without needing to provide a reason.
- If you fail to use a bonus within one month, it may be revoked.
- We can refuse a withdrawal if we suspect fraud. Such accounts can be frozen, and any funds withheld.
- If an account is identified as a “bonus hunter” or “abuser,” all bonus-based winnings are voided, and the account is blocked.

Crashed & Aborted Games
Criminal Activity

Collusion and Cheating
ChachaBet can block or remove an account’s funds if the user is found to be colluding with others, sharing card details, or using multiple accounts in tandem. We use both human oversight and automated checks to detect these behaviors.
Fraudulent Activity
If a user leverages VPNs or proxies to mask location, or if someone places bets on behalf of a third party, that account may be terminated, and all funds forfeited. We also reserve the right to notify banks, card companies, or regulators about potential fraud.

We may provide a chat facility for social or support communications. We can log and moderate all conversations. Your use of chat is for fun and basic communication only, bound by these guidelines:
- Do not post content that is obscene, bigoted, or hateful.
